We have in excess of ten years experience in the events field and can exceed your expectations. We will be holding just 4 events per year, with the emphasis on quality as apposed to numerous, average events.

Just came up with an idea...…..
(Brain now hurts)

What do you think of me running a "Local Business" table at the events in 2020 where other "Non Craft" related local businesses can leave literature/flyers/business cards for the customers to take away with them???

Maybe just charge £10 for the year (9 events)
Craft stall holders could also put cards etc on there for free?

Just an idea...……..let me know your thoughts/ideas??

I need some help for Friday afternoon for 30mins
But MUST be reliable and willing to lift 4 heavy tables.

Ysgol Glan Clwyd in St Asaph are now refusing to move 4 tables for me due to health and safety reasons and I am away in Leeds until late Friday evening.

My wife Nicky will be there to help and direct accordingly

If you can help, I am willing to "see you right" for the help.

You will need to be at the school for 4.30 on Friday afternoon

Firstly, many thanks for joining us at Phoenix Events Wales for our Winter event.

The gates will open at 0800 and be opened by the caretaker, I have no access to the carpark prior to this time.

Someone will be onsite from 1645-1715 on Friday 22nd November to set up if anyone has any questions or would like to view the venue. (You will NOT be able to leave any stock overnight)

The event has been well advertised :

12500 flyers distributed
2 x 8ft banners at the venue
8 x 6ft banners around the area
45 direction boards
2 x Newspaper adverts
5 x Flags to attract attention
£310 worth of paid social media advertising
We are not strict disciplinarians, however space wise all spaces will be marked out on the floor or table, please do not encroach on your neighbours stall space.

At Phoenix Events, we cannot allow the following items to be sold.
• Alcohol
• To***co products
• Knives and knife related products
• Imitation fi****ms etc
• Items that may cause offence or harm to anyone.

Whilst we cannot guarantee numbers that attend, rest assured we have tried to attract as much attention to the event as possible.

As per all Phoenix Events, this one is free entry to the public.

We look forward to working with you at the event.

There will be a coffee van on site during the day for all your beverage needs.
We have no food facilities on site, however there are a few nearby shops if needed.

Phoenix Events We are on the final push now for our two remaining events for 2019.
October 5th and November 25th. at the wonderful venue of Ysgol Glan Clwyd in St Asaph.
Our stalls start from just £20 for a 3mtr x 1mtr space.
our stalls are indoors (Unless you require outdoor space)
We now have a limited amount of spaces for both events.

Evening everyone.
So sorry for the delay in posting recently.

I have been working hard on some exciting new venues for 2020 and 2021.
I hope to be able to bring you some news in the next couple of weeks either way.

I will be looking at holding an event on the first weekend of EACH month from March to September in the Chester/North Wales area.

Rest assured, I will be working long and hard hours behind the scenes on our next event on 5th October in Sunny St Asaph.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all my wonderful crafters that attended yesterday at Ysgol Glan Clwyd for the summer craft market.
I cannot wait to work with you all again very soon at the next event.
And to one very stoical lady, Val, who finally got away from the venue at 9.15pm after a breakdown (vehicle, not personal) and as an event manager, I made sure that I stayed with her until the RAC arrived.
