We would like to provide a further update for everyone and clear up more bits:
Firstly we would like to assure everyone that refunds have started making their way to people and there have been a number of people refunded already
Replies are being done to everyone that is emailing we haven’t gone anywhere and are replying to all messages and emails as fast as we can but the sheer volume of emails and messages are making this a slow process
Bank refunds - many customers have now claimed the money through their banks and we are working closesly with the bank to ensure this is all authorised and confirmed as quickly and efficiently as possible
Social media - obviously we are aware of many posts going around on social media and a lot of it is spreading false information and you are obviously entitled to your opinions but please don’t believe everything you read on social media as a lot of it is false information
Delays - there are delays in replies and communication at some points due to the threats being made against staff and their families this is completely out of order and will not result in a reply we understand your frustrations but that will not warrant a reply
We are doing EVERYTHING we can to get all of this resolved in the quickest and most efficient way all we have asked is for your patience and this is appreciated from those that have done so but there are many making false statements and sharing false information on this and it is making it difficult for us and for you all
We haven’t gone anywhere and are actively replying and working closely with The banks and are making sure everyone that is due refunds gets them
