*Wearing Masks (unless exempt) when walking around The play Area, which can be removed when sitting at your table
*QR codes displayed so Over 16’s can check in on the NHS app

Please note that we will be operating a phone booking system and on first come first serve basis as our online booking system is currently under development. Capacity in our reception area will be limited.
We have been working on implementing changes to the government guidelines on social distancing. As you may be aware this means that there are some changes to how we operate and what will be available until restrictions are eased further.
• Limited capacity in place.
• Hand sanitisers are available for customers in key locations. Customers will be required to sanitise their hands during their visit and before using any equipment.
• Signage for social distancing.
• Staff have been trained on new measures put in place.
• Cleaning routines will be more frequent.
• Adult customers and children aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering before entering and keep it on until they leave, except when eating or drinking at your table, or when entering/whilst in the play frame.

FRIDAY 11th September we are open
It's been a long long wait to welcome each and every one of you back to our play centre, we’ve missed everyone!
Things have changed slightly:
✅ Booking is now essential and will be done via our online system HOWEVER this won’t go live FOR A FEW WEEKS so for now we will be taking bookings over the PHONE and over messages. Please be aware that if your social media message has not been replied to then your booking is not secure and you are probably best to call! We expect phone lines to be super busy so if you don’t get through try again PLEASE BE PATIENT.
We need to know number of children and adults attending as the limit to the play centre includes adults also. (We will be operating on a reduced capacity)
✅ There will be sessions at the following times (90 minutes)
10.00am
12.00
2.00pm
4.00pm
This leaves us with 30 minutes between each session to ensure the hygiene levels are maintained for our next guests.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to get booked in so you don’t miss any time. (We will run a strict time policy)
✅ There may be some Items on the food menu that may not be available.
✅ Ball pit has been removed following the government announcement but will be replaced as soon as we are able to!
✅ Hand Sanitising stations placed on Entrance and Exit points and all around the play centre.
✅ There will be a one way System in place please adhere to this.
✅ We aren’t taking any party bookings as of yet until the guidance suggests we are able to do so.
