FAREWELL MARTIN

The amazing Martin Pritchard leaves us tomorrow after 33 years – we’ve been chatting to Martin about his time at Peter Smiths

We asked him what he was going to miss – “I’m really going to miss my colleagues and customers and all the banter that we have. I am not going to miss having to go to bed exceptionally early on a Sunday night and that Monday morning alarm

We also asked about one of his funniest memories, to which Martin told us about the time he added Casper to the Christmas rota “there were rumours of a ghost in the warehouse, and so I thought it would be funny to add a friendly ghost to the team”

And finally we asked about how Martin planned to spend his retirement “doing more of the stuff I love, and normally enjoy on my days off including cycling, golf, gardening, walking and drinking”

I’m sure you will join us, in saying you will be really missed Martin – but we wish you the happiest of retirements, enjoy!

Changes to our warehouse operating hours.

We are offering a new and extended ‘Click & Collect’ service – in which you will be able to click and collect from our warehouse up until 4pm weekdays and up till 2pm on Saturday

And so we have NEW Warehouse opening times – please note we are no longer open on Sundays.

The new service and opening times start next Monday (29th April)
