What a time to be alive…

Thank you to everyone who has already sent their c.v. in we have been totally overwhelmed by the numbers. Due to this we will need all remaining c.v.s emailed to us at [email protected] by 5pm on Friday 14th February.
We will then contact the lucky applicants on Sunday 16th February to arrange interviews

Action Records are looking for a full-time member of staff. This role will be a permanent position within our long-established business working 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday but able to work the odd Saturday to cover holidays.
Good timekeeping and reliability are a must for this demanding role.
This is a seriously full-on full-time job NOT part time
No serious prior knowledge needed – we will teach you everything you will need to know

The Skills you will need for this role

You need to be polite and welcoming
Have a good level of mental arithmetic
Be able to file stock using the alphabet
Ability to work independently
Computer literate using – Excell – Access – Adobe - eBay
Regular use of socials – Facebook - Tic Tok - Instagram - Bluesky

Responsibility – All training in our systems will be given

Filing and finding stock
Pulling customer online orders
Updating customer online orders
Packing and shipping customer orders
Updating stock in our database
Checking goods in and dealing with returns
Answering customer queries
Help organize our instore / outstores including
Dealing with label’s/management
Organizing ticket sales/passes
Make sure there is enough stock to cover the event
Make pages on all our sites and socials to push the event
