Our Terms and Conditions
Latex Balloons will last approximately between 8-12 hours depending on weather conditions and handling of the product. We recommend latex balloons are inflated on the day you need them.
Foil Balloons will float and look good for approximately a week depending on weather conditions and handling of the product.
Helium contracts in the cold and expands in the heat. If you take the balloon from a warm place to a cold place it will look like it has deflated. When taking a helium balloon from a cold place to a warm place the helium will expand and this could cause the balloon to burst.
Avoid leaving balloons in bags/vehicles longer than necessary as can cause them to deflate or burst especially in hot weather.
Once the balloons have left me and the Customer is happy, we accept no liability for damage occurrences.
All deposits are non refundable or transferable.
Safety
It is possible to choke or be suffocated by an un-inflated/inflated balloon, a piece of burst balloon or ribbon/string/wire attached to the balloon.
Inflating helium is Dangerous and can result is asphyxiation.
Children should be supervised at all times.
Adults should inflate balloons for children.
Inhaling helium can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and death.
Under NO circumstances inhale helium from a balloon or helium tank.
When handled responsibly balloons pose no threat to health.
To look after the wildlife and the environment dispose of balloons responsibly.
Balloons by JJ do not provide balloons for balloon releases.
Balloons by JJ cannot be held responsible for any incidents or injury following misuse of balloons.
