We’ll be trading at the Cuckoo Prestwich Christmas Market on Saturday 14th December with lots of other local makers and creators. We’ll have loads of vintage wares so come along for a rummage!

As promised, here’s my haul from the charity shop yesterday! I think the glasses on the first pic would be perfect for a Christmas mulled wine or hot toddy! Imagine that silver-plated claret jug in the table on Christmas Day, such a statement piece! I picked up 4 of the mustard-coloured Dexam plates with lovely little sections for nibbles. The amber glass dish would be great for your festive sweets and choccies when friends pop round! A Meakin coffee pot, 4 Bilton cups and saucers, and a Royal Worcester coffee pot. What do you think? Did I do well??

If you like any of these pieces, they’ll be on my stall at St Margeret’s Primary School Christmas Fair on Fri 6th Dec from 2pm, along with lots of other vintage goodies!

Just seen this story on the news and had to donate. It’s unthinkable that they would have to close when they do such an amazing job and provide so much support for families in need. Please donate if you can, they only have 24 hours to hit their target 🙏🏻

We need to raise another £5m in the next 30 days to secure a home in Liverpool, with the backing of our local community we believe we can reach this target for our hospice, children and their families.

What can you expect from a So Retro vintage fair?? Whether you’re a trader or a customer, our events always seem like a family affair! We love getting to know everyone and there’s always a helping hand available and warm welcome from Tom and Michelle on the door 😊We like to choose smaller, local venues which create a friendly atmosphere, and when possible we like to put on live entertainment. We always encourage a dance and a sing-a-long!When it comes to vintage we like to have a bit of everything! You’re always sure to find lots of quirky and unique items, a range of men’s and ladies clothing, plus we always have a great selection of vinyl. We never ask you to get tickets in advance, you can just turn up on the day, and we never charge more than £2 entry. We’d love to know what you like most about our fairs!
