As part of my MSc Applied Psychology final dissertation at Robert Gordon University, I am looking to interview 10 women who have experienced perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms in the workplace. If you experienced symptoms whilst working in an organisation with a minimum of 20 employees, I would be interested in speaking with you about this. The study aims to inform the development of an allyship model of support for menopausal women in the workplace via the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
