❓❗️H O W M A N Y D O I N E E D ?❗️❓There’s so much to think about when ordering your invitations but the first thing to consider is how many invites you will actually need. Here’s some helpful hints and tips to get you to that perfect number 👌🏻💌Take time to think about those on your guest list - do you really want them there? You are about to spend a fair chunk of money on them! 💌 You don’t need 1 invitation per guest, but usually invite guests as couples/families/households. So if you have 100 guests a starting point is you’ll only need between 50-60 invites. 💌 Go through your guest list and highlight those living in the same household or full families. Inviting your Aunt, Uncle and cousins? They can go all on one invitation! Also highlight any singletons - and decide if they will be given a plus one.💌 If you’re giving a guest a plus one I recommend giving them their own invite, saves confusion over who the “plus one” belongs to. Example - Cousin & Guest 💌 ALWAYS add on a few extra blanks - JUST IN CASE! This is my best tip and something I tell all my couples. Extra invitations ordered after will be time consuming and expensive - best to have a few spare for those extra guests and keepsakes for you too! I recommend between 5-10 depending on your final order size.💌Double check with family members if they have anyone on “their” list. Having this conversation before you order your invitations can save time and drama further down the line.
