We were at Skipton Town Hall again yesterday to cater for the annual Family Friendly Museum Awards. We provided an all vegetarian menu with multiple vegan and gluten free options.

We catered for Rosie and Tom's wedding yesterday in a marquee just outside Skipton. What a fantastic day!
A grazing table to start (pictured below) followed by a barbecue and desserts. Later that evening we provided homemade meat and potato pie and cheese, onion & potato pie, both with mushy peas.

Yesterday we catered for Abi & Andy's wedding at Crag Farm in Silsden.
Canapes on arrival, then a barbecue main course. A platter of food for each table. (They chose fillet steak, tandoori chicken thighs, pulled pork and Mediterranean vegetable kebabs). Sixteen tables - 100 people in total. All served with a selection of salads and bowls of chips.
A trio of desserts to follow- lemon posset, chocolate brownie and Eton mess.

These are homemade shepherds pasties, ready to be baked.
They are a bite-sized shortcrust pasty filled with minced lamb, rosemary, carrot & potato. Perfect for finger buffets or as a canape.

We are open today (Good Friday) and tomorrow serving hot roast sandwiches, roast dinners along with burgers, wings, loaded roast potatoes, brunch baguette... and much more 😁

A gravy is only as good as the stock that it's made from. At Delicious Roast in Silsden, we make our stock using roasted chicken bones and vegetable trimmings. We sieve and thicken and add the meat juices from our delicious roast meats to make, possibly the best gravy you'll ever taste 👍😁
