‼️Please, please, please check your passports before even booking your wedding dates if you are wanting a destination wedding ‼️

‼️I am putting this reminder up again as many people seem to still not be aware of the rule changes‼️

Since the UK left the EU, travellers heading to all countries within the zone - and including Iceland, Norway, Lichtenstein and Switzerland, but not Ireland - must have a passport which was issued less than 10 years before their departure date.

UK travellers used to be able to carry up to nine months from an old passport over on to a new one. But post-Brexit, EU countries will NOT accept passports issued more than 10 years ago.

It must also be valid for three months after your planned return date.

‼️You will be turned away at the airport and lose your travel rights, missing out on your dream wedding if your passport is more than ten years old‼️

Nearly time to return home after our amazing ski trip to the Swiss Alps. We have skied, walked, eaten too much incredible food and spent cosy evenings chatting, laughing and drinking good wine and beer. Switzerland has my heart and coming here is like therapy. Will be returning home tomorrow refreshed and reset. Later we have a spa date at the and I cannot wait.
