We focus on training wrestlers to the highest degree possible. And with former alumni such as WWE’s Wade Barrett, NXT UK's Lewis Howley and NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis as former students of ours, it is clear to see the reason why students want to learn to wrestle with us. Dropkixx originally started life under the ownership of Frank Rimer and Tony Scarlo in the late 1990s. But it was

n’t until Jon Ritchie, a former three time British Heavyweight Champion, took the reigns in 2004, that things really got going. Under Jon’s guidance, with more than thirty years in the business, as well as his background as both an amateur wrestler and boxer, he carefully crafted his students to becoming among the best in the business. Now under the reigns of Lucas Jackson and Dan Bellinger. Dropkixx rebranded to The DKW Academy and now runs shows all over Essex with record attendances! Our training facility is located in Purfleet and is easily accessible. In addition, it is known for being family friendly as parents and relatives are invited to stay and watch at no extra cost.
