Someone's having a party!!
To make the 'work load' lighter, I made a few bits for them.
Chocolate cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, broccoli quiche, and of course the celebration cake. ( my instruction were, I don't know, something simple!) Very happy with the result.

Middle tier, lemon sponge, lemon curd, lemon butter icing.
Top tier, vanilla sponge, raspberry coulis, vanilla butter icing.

2 for the weekend, 3 layer 8 inch frozen cake and 2 layer 12 inch golden wedding cake. The flowers on the golden wedding cake are from Petalhead Flowers . 2 vastly different cakes, but I enjoyed making both.

I had the absolute honour of being asked to make this beauty. Bottom tier is Victoria, middle is lemon and the top is Salted caramel. The flowers were done by Petalhead Flowers .

Today's cake!! You have to use your imagination and switch out the mini for lightening mcqueen!! ( the customer already had their own!)

I had the honour of make these two very different cakes in the last couple of weeks. Both customers sent me some lovely comments after their events. Happy days.

Christmas orders being taken, with a wide range of options.
Quiche
Bacon and onion
Chorizo and roast pepper
Smoked salmon and watercress
Leek and smoked applewood cheese
Roast tomato, spinach and bursin cheese
they cut into 8 to 10 main course slices or 16 finger slices. ( can be made with gf flour)
Sausage rolls.
I get my Sausage meat from my local Butchers, so there will be a variety of flavours,( not sure what until closer to Christmas) or you can stick to plain.
Cocktail size 50p each
Large £1.75 each.
Cheese straws 35p each
Ham hock terrine , fancy a Christmas starter?
Packed with ham, gherkins and herbs, £3.00 a slice.
Tray bakes
Millionaires shortbread. 20 slices £18.00 a tray, I can offer half trays. Can be frozen.
Chocolate Brownie 16 slices, £16.00 tray, I can offer half trays, can be frozen.
Flapjacks 20 slices, £14.00 tray, I can offer half trays, can be frozen.
Cakes, 8 inch £8.00. 8/10 slices ( can be frozen)
