Saturday November 25th.
This will be our LAST gig of 2023 and where better to do it than in our home town of Ramsey at The Mitre Hotel!
This is always a great gig and will be the debut gig for our drummer's brand new kit which is bluish so yay! 🙄..it keeps him happy anyway, just go with it if he looks all excited.

The fact that these icons of rock did this gig is testament to the standing of Iron Maiden in the world of music...
..or possibly it is a testament to Bad News...
..but it's probably Maiden.

On this day in 1986, I appeared with Bad News at the Hammersmith Odeon, with the fictional English heavy metal band supporting heavyweights Iron Maiden.

Bad News had two extra guitarists that night, Brian May and I. During their set there was a guitar duel between Vim Fuego (Adrian Edmonson), Brian and myself. During my bit, my amp mysteriously cut in and out but it just added to the comedy of the send-up!

We are launching at 0930 with a morning of launch and recovery training for boat and shore crew until 1300 (subject to operational requirements).

So if you ever wondered how we launch and recover our lifeboat the amazing shore and boat teams will be in action all morning

Hi Gang!!!
As we aren't playing for a couple of weeks, we thought we'd put out our provisional gig list for 2024.

We'd like to say a massive thank you to the venues we will be visiting next year for booking us again and it is heartening for us that already before the end of 2023 we have pretty much all of our available 2024 slots booked.

Please remember, this is a "provisional" list and sometimes things change for one reason or another so always check back to our page nearer the time as we will confirm and advertise gigs a week or so in advance there.

We will see you out there somewhere.
(P.S. if we DO get any more gigs, we are either going to need a bigger amp in the picture or a smaller font!)

Hi Gang.
We don't know how may of you are aware of this but Wayne our bass player has recently been rather poorly.
He performed almost superhuman feats last weekend to be able to play at Quids Inn and Ramsey Rocks but all of that has caught up now and as a result, we aren't going to be able to play our gig at The Union in Castletown tonight.
If you know anyone who was planning to go, please can you let them know.
Our apologies for this, we would normally battle through most ailments to bring you a Boneyard show but any of you who saw us last week will know and understand that this is no trivial thing we are talking about.

We don't know how many of our friends from Ramsey Rocks will be up looking at Facebook this time of night but we want to thank all of you who stood out in the pouring rain to see our set to the end.
We can't express adequately how much that meant to us to see so many of you braving the elements just for little old us.
Thank you so much Ramsey Geoff Court and also Ramsey Town Commissioners and such a big thank you to Chris Glaister for a fantastic sound for all the bands and all the hard work you put in for them.
We had a fantastic night that we couldn't have had without all of you too.

Being a Ramsey band, we pretty much can't gig further away from home without getting on a boat or a plane but we think it is only fair that the good folks down South can get a bit of The Boneyard - Isle Of Man too!
