Rachel Davies changed her life completely with The 1:1 Diet after her 9 year old daughter told her she needed to turn her life around. It was the wake up call she needed to lose nearly half her body weight. Living with PCOS, it had always been difficult to lose weight but the support of her consultant meant that even when she felt like giving up she didn't.

Now she leads an active and healthy life with her daughter even enjoying rock climbing and trips to the beach which were just not possible before her weight loss. Well done Rachel!
