MASCOTS

The Mascot, will come to your event and spend 30 minutes or 60 minutes with the children. The character can dance and play games, bring out the cake or give out the party bags, and most important pose for photos with the children.

Can have multiple mascots at an event.

PLEASE NOTE It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. We make no attempt to market our character mascots as ‘name brand’ or licensed. The mascots we have are the creation of their manufacturers. Any resemblance to nationally known character mascots are incidental. Should you have the need for a licensed or copyrighted character we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for that character.



Cancellation Policy


If you need to change the party package or date we allow one complimentary change upto 14 days before the day of your party. If you are moving the party within the 14 days then your deposit will transfer to your new reserved date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your party after the 14 day policy you will be charged 50% of the party price. You must reschedule within 3 months of your original booking. However if you cancel your party within 7 days of the party you will be charged the full party package price. Sorry but no exceptions, we will need to be phoned to cancel, not by email or text and all future parties would require the full balance to be paid when you book.
