We are thrilled to share that we raised over £1,500 for the National Garden Scheme!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday 18th August. We had an incredible turnout of over 250 visitors exploring our gardens and enjoying a delightful Afternoon Tea in the Walled courtyard. It was a fantastic day, and Juliet, our passionate gardener, loved meeting all of you and answering your questions.

Get ready for next year because we will definitely be doing this again! A big thank to the National Garden Scheme for making it all possible!

Chapel House ❤️

Built in 1290, the Chapel House is over 700 years old and resides at the heart of the Estate. Effortlessly capturing the inherent charm and character of the Estate and its stunning gardens, it is one of the oldest buildings in Thanet.

Explore the large modern kitchen, comfortable snug with a log burner, and elegant garden room with double doors that open onto the beautiful terrace and sunken pond.

A beautifully styled honeymoon suite on the first floor has a free-standing bath and an ensuite bathroom. This leads out onto the terrace overlooking the gardens.

In addition, three charming double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, plus a bunk bedroom with adult-size bunk beds.

Old Malt Granary Ceremonies 🌿✨

The Old Malt Granary, our beautiful and versatile indoor ceremony area on Chapel House Estate. This rustic space, once a working farm building, now stands as a testament to adaptability. The Granary boasts high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, original brickwork, and large bi-fold doors that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, whilst bringing the outside, indoors.

You can seat up to 150 guests in the Granary, 120 downstairs and 30 on the mezzanine 🤍
