Everyone knows me for being either an exercise bunny 🐰🤣 slime lady, teepee lady, balloon lady or anything else I’ve done haha.
I decided to take control of my life in July and get my mental health back on track. Even though I had a wonderful pregnancy and birthing story running business with a newborn and a 9 year old haven’t been easy however im grateful I’m not stuck in an office or job I hate.
Over the last 14 weeks I’ve lost not shy of three stone, got my mindset back on track, nutrition and feel happier as a person. Along the way had situations pop up that we didn’t want but we dealt with and very grateful for two healthy happy children.
Anyway I’m sharing this with you my progress. No fad diets ( no ww or sw or Jp or any other ) it’s training, learning my protein values, no restrictions of food, healthy habits, choices, reducing stress, moving more and sleep. These are the main contributors to any weight loss. It’s such a bigger picture. Please invest in yourself as your body will look after you if you take care of it. X
I’m not done yet this is 4 weeks of me. You can comment or not but I’m proud of me and what I stand for. I’m not changing now for anybody. My progress is for me.
Please don’t give up on yourself. If I can do it you can!!!! Change the mind set 🥰🥰
Huge thank you to my wonderful trainer who pushes me ( in the nicest way haha) is a friend, great educator and he cares about not about just the journey but you as a person. Not many qualities you find in a trainer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Now everyone best not book you up as I’m not leaving just yet 🤣🤣🤣🤣
