I was so lucky to be asked to create 6 table centres for my fabulous Auntie and Uncles 50th Wedding Anniversary Party on Saturday. Using flowers from their colour scheme with some added dried flowers through the design too 😜

I have been very quiet on social media lately due to holidays and busy family life.

A few pictures from a customers redesign of her own bouquet and buttonholes that she purchased. I used the original flowers to make them more bridal and added in some beautiful dusty pink bunny tails. Before and after pictures below...

Looking for a dress then see if there are any bargains to be had.

It is with deep regret that I have decided to close Turner and Pennell and retire. Unfortunately, due to the cost of living crisis, bridal has taken a big hit.

I want to thank all of my gorgeous staff who have been incredible over the last 5 years.

My beautiful brides who have made my job a joy, thank you.

We do have a few brides left who have dresses ordered for next year. I have spoken to you but, please do not worry, your dresses have been ordered and I have spoken to the designers and made arrangements. I will be in touch over the next month to explain the next steps.

We are having a closing down sale, so please let anyone know who needs a dress to get in contact.

The cake smelt amazing when I was decorating it 😋 a simple plain naked cake dressed with fresh orchids, eucalyptus and dried grass.

As my bride is walking towards this at 3 o clock I thought I would give you all sneak peak at its beauty. I have loved using Orchids as they remind me of my Nana mixed with eucalyptus and dried grasses.

Sorry for the radio silence on here, I have been busy with my other job of exam invigilation and this week I'm back working with the most beautiful fresh orchids and can't wait to show you next week how I used them for a wedding along side some dried grasses and fresh eucalyptus 💒

Popped into this week and found Helicrysum plants (straw flower). Lovely strong plants and perfect for picking and leaving in a vase as they just dry in situ.

Been quiet on socials for the last few weeks due to my Exam invigilating job where I am right in the thick of GCSEs but here's the wedding that I've been working on. It is being shipped up North this week. The bonus of dried/artificial flowers is they can be made in advance and delivered early so no stress before the big day. Can't wait to see the wedding photos.....
