Wild Garlic picking in a secret location for the Spring/Summer Menu at Purdey at The Royal Berkshire.

Last week we had an amazing and inspiring day visiting one of our favourite suppliers Berkshire Trout at their fishery in Hungerford.
It was a real honour to see the historic and truly beautiful site and to meet such passionate producers.
We can’t wait to showcase the delicious local produce throughout this summer season and beyond, in particular @theshootingschool
