Oktoberfest Hurst is tonight! 🍺🎵💃

If you have already booked a ticket, please make sure you have your ticket with you or the name of the person who booked your ticket so we can check you in more easily.

Please use the entrance on School Road and not the entrance in the car park. Cars can be parked in the car park or on School Road. If you wish to get a taxi to/from the event, please use the address Hurst Village Hall, School Rd, Hurst, Reading RG10 0DR.

We will be accepting cash and card at the bars (there will be a bar in the hall and Fizzy Razcal Licensed mobile bar & Events will be in the car park)

There will be limited tickets available on the door if you have any extra friends or family you want to bring along! Please don't forget to collect your hog roast voucher when you arrive!

Event timings
6pm - arrival
6 -11.30pm bars open!
8-10pm hog roast served
12am - carriages!

Music (approx. timings)
6pm - DJ warm up!
7 - 7.45pm - The Riots set one
8 - 8.45pm - The Originals set one
9 - 9.45pm - The Riots set two
10 - 10.45pm - The Originals set two
10.45 - 12am - DJ ending the night!

Oktoberfest Hurst will take place for the second year running at Hurst Village Hall on Saturday 15th October starting at 6pm.

The night will include 2 live bands, a DJ and a large selection of drinks served from our very own Fizzy Razcal Licensed mobile bar & Events! A hog roast is included in the ticket price.
