REHEARSAL: £13/hour - Full Backline included (Vocal PA, Guitar amps, Bass amp and Drum Kit)

RECORDING/MIXING: £25/hr
MASTERING: £25/track

Backstreet Studio is a recording and rehearsal facility hidden away in an alley behind The Cleveland Hotel, in Redcar. Since 2014, we've been providing recording and rehearsal services, and more recently PA hire, to people all across the North East. Th

e studio has 2 rehearsal rooms, both fully equipped with drum kits; bass & guitar amps; and a vocal PA with microphones. Both rooms double as recording rooms, along with a separate isolation room which can be used for recording drums or vocals. We record through an analogue/digital hybrid mixing desk into either Logic Pro or Cubase, and have a dedicated listening room to help with mixing and mastering. We can cater for any scenario, from solo acoustic acts & MC's to complex band setups. Past clients have included Kerrianne Covell, Bre Musiq, The Magick Godmothers, The Likkor Men, The Hangmen, The Shakin' Nightmares, Krome and The Wainstones, to name just a few. The team at Backstreet Studio are all working musicians, and as musicians, we are very aware of the creative processes involved in making music, and as well as aiming to provide top quality recordings and services, we also aim to provide a relaxed and comfortable environment for our clients to get the best from themselves.
