The Cave

The Cave A brand new live music, arts and entertainment venue in the heart of Redditch Town. Community Networking, Creative Hub, Education, Wellbeing, Charity.

The Cave will provide Redditch and the surrounding areas with a multi purpose live performance space and a fully sound proof recording studio within the Kingfisher Shopping Centre. This will provide arts, community and corporate businesses with an affordable space for concerts, performances and conferences. The Cave will be live Performance Space that will have a max capacity of 150 people and a l

arge modern recording studio to the rear of the unit. A reception area where a ticket office and a bar will be situated. Frontage where people can meet and will have the option to eat in the neighbouring restaurants. This has been a project is in demand by the community of Redditch due to the lack of performance venues, many of which has closed down over the last couple of years. This hasn't been possible until now, with the combine efforts of the Kingfisher Shopping Centre and the Palace Drum Clinic (PDC), the town of Redditch hopefully can have a live performance venue that'll fit into the needs and purpose of the town that will compliment the Palace Theatre. Due to the nature of this project, the PDC needs to be able to raise £26,000 to make this happen. Once the money has been raised, the project will start and a few months later, The Cave will be open for business. If the project doesn't receive the funding needed, team Redditch will lose another potential hub for the community to perform.

🎸 Meet Lazy Fifty — ready to rock The Cave Redditch to a higher gear!
We’re absolutely stoked to welcome Lazy Fifty to our 48-Hour Perform-A-Thon at The Cave Redditch on Saturday 1st November at 10PM. This three-piece powerhouse, hailing from New Zealand, bring a sound that’s steeped in 70s classic rock, blues roots and full-on guitar power. Their live shows have been described as “one heck of a live band” — raw, energetic and relentless.

Lazy Fifty are no strangers to stage presence — with albums like 2021: A Lazy Odyssey and major international festival slots under their belt.

Their blend of vintage rock flair and modern drive means this set will be more than just a performance — it’ll be an experience. Come ready to feel the beat, move with the rhythm, and be part of the magic as the night crescendos into full rock mode at The Cave. 🎶

🚌 SPOZ is rolling into The Cave — and yes, the wheels on the bus will go round and round! 🎤
We’re thrilled (and slightly nervous in the best way) to welcome the one and only SPOZ to The Cave Redditch Perform-A-Thon on Saturday 1st November at 12 Noon! This award-winning performance poet, songwriter, filmmaker, playwright, and professional bringer of chaos… sorry, joy, will be performing an hour of his own hilarious and heart-filled poetry — and trust us, this is one bus ride you don’t want to miss.

Former Birmingham Poet Laureate, SPOZ has performed everywhere from Glastonbury Festival to BBC Radio, school poetry slams, and yes, even in front of his mum (she approved, by the way). His work lifts poetry off the page and into real life — with laughter, rhythm, and a good dose of mischief along the way. Whether you’re 8 or 80, SPOZ has that rare magic that makes poetry feel like a gig, a comedy show, and a heart-to-heart all at once.

So, climb aboard The Cave bus at midday and prepare for SPOZ to drive you straight into the land of laughter, lyrics, and poetic brilliance. 🚍💥
Poetry just got louder, funnier, and way more fun.
