This experience as a High Street retailer means that we have a lot of hands on experience with the items we sell. We’ve helped customers piece together outfits & accessories, seen the costumes being tried on and given customers ideas when they have no idea what to dress themselves or their children as (especially on Book Day!). The people who answer your calls and emails are, therefore, not just call centre workers who only know products as codes on their computer screens.

We are very excited to confirm that we will be re-opening at 4 Walford Walk in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in September!
We'd like to thank the team at the Kingfisher for being so helpful and making the process so easy.
We get the keys to our new home on the 4th September and will be opening the doors as soon as we've transformed it for Spooky Season! Keep an eye on our social media for opening day updates!
Thank you so much to all the customers who have continued to support us while we were online only. After 13 years on the high street, providing you with fancy dress orders and balloon deliveries has helped add a bit of normality into an odd year.

Off-peak mode – Spring and summer 2024 at Midlands Fancy Dress
It’s all change at Midlands Fancy Dress since we closed our shop! I’ve made the decision to trial keeping our website live and so between March 16th and early September we will be in off-peak mode.
During this time orders can be placed through our website as usual but with a few changes.
Firstly, it will no longer be possible to collect from our shop as we don’t have one!
Due to our commitments with our festival stall orders will not be posted as frequently but we will be using Royal Mail 24 to ensure a speedy delivery time. All orders should now arrive in 2-5 working days. If, for any reason, delivery will be longer than this you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order.
It will not be possible to backorder items that we do not currently have in stock through our website. If there is an item you’d like to order that is not currently in stock drop us an email at [email protected] to discuss current availability and timescales on deliveries. Including the product code or a screenshot of the item will help us answer your query.
Thanks for your understanding. Can’t wait to see you all face to face again in September!
