Merstham Village Hall Merstham Village Hall is owned and operated by Merstham Village Trust. Registered charity no. 30507 All the Trustees give their time voluntarily.

Merstham Village Hall was built in the late 1920s as a community facility (although it probably wasn't called that at the time). It continues to be available to groups in the local community and to individuals for private hire. The Hall is owned and operated by Merstham Village Trust, registered charity no. 305078. For most of the year the Hall is used Monday – Friday by groups who meet regularly

each week. The charge for each session is generally between £35 and £40. When the Hall is not in use by one of the regular groups it is available for Hire by members of the general public. A guide to the charges, and to weekend availability, can be found on our website. Note that the weekend charges are higher than those for a regular booking.

The hall is between Merstham Station and the bus stop at the Feathers on the A23 (405 bus between Croydon and Redhill) and is less than 150 metres from each. At the moment there is an RMT strike on the Friday and Saturday of the festival which impacts some services.

In order to maintain our car park for halls users and paying commuter car park users, we have recently installed a car park barrier.

Our barrier will be in operation from Friday evening. Friday 30th September.

All regular hirers and occasional hirers have been or will be issued with a code to allow access.

Daily Car Park users have been issued with swipe cards to allow access to the car park.
