Hello, my name is Mrs Whistler and I provide entertainment for children in Cornwall for ages 4 years up to 10 year olds. Each party is planned to suit the birthday child's age, needs, interests and theme. My parties include traditional games with a Mrs Whistler twist, musical statues and bumps, dancing competition and fancy dress. No one is out in my games and every child receives a small prize a

s well as a chance to win a bigger prize. For older children I combine a disco with fun and challenging team games. If your child would like a smaller more intimate party you can book an art party where each child gets to create an art piece to take home e.g t-shirt printing, stone painting. I have over 20 years experience working with children. During this time I have organised and lead large scale children events for Brighton & Hove council and managed after school and youth clubs. Up until focusing full time on delivering my parties I worked for 6 years as a TA and HLTA in Trewirgie Infant School, Redruth. Answer =
1. I love my job.
2. I have loads of energy and enthusiasm.
3. I am completely bonkers.
4. Bribery. I give out lots of prizes to every child and the first thing I do is show them all the prizes they can win.
5. I have over 30 years experience of working in schools, afterschool clubs, youth centres and kids parties.

I am a known for being a children’s entertainer but really I am a party organiser too. From the moment you contact me I help organise the party to suit your child and their friend’s needs. I can help with finding suitable venues in your area. I arrive an hour prior to the party to help set up and decorate the venue. I am really looking forward to entertaining at a Halloween Party this Saturday 28th October, party 3.30-5.30pm at The Harbour Club, Portscatho. Entry is free for everyone including non members, who are welcome. All we ask is you bring a plate of spooky food for all to share. This can be homemade or shop bought treats. There are small prizes for every child and larger prizes for dancing and fancy dress competitions 🎃💜🧛🏻‍♂️🧡👻🎃🖤🕷️🧙🏻‍♀️

I had the pleasure of entertaining at 3 birthday parties this weekend. On Sunday I started the day with a punctured tyre from potholes on the road to Crantock, 5 minutes before I was due to start setting up. Thankfully the dad of the birthday girl picked me and my equipment and took me to the party venue. My incredible husband came to my rescue by waiting for the AA and then taking my car to get a very expensive new tyre fixed to my car ( Sunday prices?). I always want to provide the best party ever for the children and parents and thanks to my Husband, Nelly and the AA man I could 🩵🩷💛💚

What my children’s parties include:-

1. A prize for every child, larger prizes and pass the parcel.
2.I bring all the equipment needed for the entertainment and music.
3. I arrive an hour before the party to help set up the tables, chairs and decorate my end of the hall with homemade bunting, large paper flowers and vintage table cloths.
4. Throughout the party I keep you informed on what is coming next and when to sing happy birthday etc.
5. I help organise the children to have the food break.
6. With the help of the customer, I make a bespoke playlist for the birthday child and add any requests for games etc.
7. On request I can provide plastic free party prizes to go with my already plastic free decorations.
8. I have a vast knowledge of halls so can help find the best hall for your party needs.
9. Last but not least, when booking me you are guaranteed lots of fun, energy, enthusiasm and 💯 commitment to making sure your child and their friends have the best birthday party and make magical memories that last a lifetime.

If your child would like a smaller more intimate party you can book an art party where each child gets to create an art piece to take home. I have over 20 years experience working with children.
