Please be advised that the Treorchy Christmas Festival will take place on Saturday, 30th November, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

As part of this festive event, the following changes will occur:

📍 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤:
To facilitate the ice rink and funfair, the library car park will be closed from 4am to 9pm on Saturday, 30th November. To ensure a safe and unobstructed setup, please ensure your car is not parked in the car park after 4 AM.

🚧 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞:
The roads through Treorchy will be closed from approximately 5:15pm for the Christmas Parade. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝟓:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦. The closure will last approximately 40 minutes, so please plan ahead if you need to leave the area before this time.

We’ve had lots of new festive goodies arrive this week✨🎄

We will be closed tomorrow to finish all of our final preparations for Saturday but if you are yet to book a table then please give us a ring on 01443 777797 as we’re almost fully booked.

During December we will be operating a booking system in order to accommodate as many of you as possible whilst ensuring we offer an outstanding service and are able to provide you all with the best experience✨

Our opening times for the tea room throughout December are as follows;

💫📣 WE ARE HIRING 📣💫

Part time, general shop assistant needed!
Possibly 3 days a week with the probability of picking up more hours. To start at the beginning of December.

Job role will consist of;

* Answering the phone
* Taking orders and processing payments
* Assisting customers with general enquiries
* Gift wrapping
* Keeping the shop clean and tidy
* Waitressing
* Clearing tables
* Stock taking

There will potentially be opportunities to develop floristry skills and make further progress in your role!

The successful candidate will need to be hard working, enthusiastic, polite, confident, and have plenty of initiative and excellent social skills. Experience is preferred but not essential.

📣 💫EXCITING NEWS💫 📣

It’s time for something new….

As most of you know, the upstairs of our shop has been closed for some time now. We made this decision in order to plan the logistics and make all of the required arrangements we needed for the next chapter of Lili Wen✨

We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we will be reopening the upstairs as Lili Wen Tea Room🫖🌾

We are beyond excited for this next venture to begin and we only hope that you are too🫶🏻 We’d love for you to be part of this journey with us so please feel free to follow our socials over the next few weeks for our opening date and times and lots of other exciting news🧁
