We’ve had lots of new followers lately and wonderful new customers so we thought we’d reintroduce ourselves and answer some of our most frequently asked questions 🎀
🌸Where is the tea room? Our tea room is situated upstairs at Lili Wen.
🌸What are your opening hours? Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 3:30PM for the tea room and the shop closed at 4:00PM
🌸Do you have a toilet facility? Yes, we have a toilet facility on the premises that anyone is welcome to use.
🌸Do you offer gluten free alternatives? We offer a variety of gluten free options every day. If you require any other allergen advice then please let us know.
🌸Do you have high chairs? Yes, we have high chairs available if your child requires one and we have a specific space for prams to be parked.
🌸Are your cakes homemade? All of our cakes are homemade by us following all of the required guidance.
🌸Do we need to book? Booking isn’t required but we recommend that you book if you wish to attend with more than 6 people so that we can reserve enough space for you all.
🌸Can we take our food and drinks with us? Of course! We have takeaway cups and boxes available if you wish to take your items with you. All of our sandwiches are freshly made to order and are also available to take away.
🌸Do you offer cold drinks? Yes, we have a variety of soft drinks and juices available.
🌸Are you dog friendly? We have decided against becoming dog friendly in the tea room for a number of logistical reasons. However, you are more than welcome to bring your four legged friend into the shop whilst you browse downstairs.
We are currently updating and expanding our menu so please keep your eyes open for any updates. If you’d like to place an order, arrange a flower delivery or book a table then you can do so via DM or over the phone ⬇️💌
