Well that’s a wrap!! 20 years of catering for weddings all done and dusted. Thank you Henblas Country Park for the last four years and the gorgeous flowers and Prosecco. A huge thank you to my amazing wedding team, I reckon we thrashed it this year. 😁 Finally congratulations to Anna and Gwyndaf on their big day and for being our last wedding. 😁🥂

A very busy few days a Henblas Country Park, three weddings in a row and it was hot hot hot!! Didn’t manage any photos until day three! Gorgeous flowers and yes you guessed in a dessert one!!! Must try harder next time. Congratulations to you lovely newly weds, I know all at Henblas will have made your day extra special. 🥂😁

Well we catered for four weddings and a funeral this month! Congratulations to all the newly weds. X
Sadly the funeral tea was for my Dad, who passed away on 27th February, he’s greatly missed by all of us. X

A few colourful dishes which would be great for a wedding….beetroot cured salmon served with fennel salad and a raspberry and champagne posset with meringue kiss and a fruity brandy snap. We’ve been serving them in the cafe on our Christmas menu and they’ve been enjoyed by all so far! 😁
