The Brewers are delighted to announce the signing of Ioan Davies. The prolific try scorer has represented the club at Junior and youth levels and we look forward to seeing Ioan running out for our senior team this season.

We are excited to announce the Signing of Jack Chamberlain.
The hard carrying backrow played a few games for Rhymney on permit towards the end of last season, and we can’t wait to see him in Black and Red on a permanent basis this season.

Brandon is a great addition to the Brewers backline and as a utility back who can play along most of the backline, Brandon will add strength in both attack and defence to our already strengthened squad.

We’d like to welcome Tom back to Rhymney RFC. Tom was a product of our Mini and junior section and also our youth.
Tom spent last year playing with neighbouring side Deri and had a very successful season. We look forward to having Tom back and adding something extra to our backline.

Double Whammy Signing….
Rhymney RFC are excited to announce the double signing of twins, Callum and Calan Owen.
Both lads are products of our Mini & Junior section and have represented the club from u7s right through to u18s. They’re now ready to showcase their skills on the senior stage.

We’d like to Welcome Rhys Davies back to the War Memorial Park. The hard carrying back rower spent some time as captain of Merthyr Development but now returns home to team up with his brother in Black and Red.

We are very excited to have a young talent like Diezel signed up ready for the coming season. Diezel spent last season playing at division 1 side Blaenavon and with his rugby league background and his ability to cover a number of positions, Diezel will definitely add something different to our squad.
