The weather is hotting up and so are our entries for the Watlass Wander 5k and 10k.
Brand new routes with 5k off road and the 10k on road so there is something for everyone.

bring the family there are lots of old fashioned games and a sports day for the kids. Bring your dog along as well for the fun dog show. There is a BBQ hosted by The Buck Inn Thornton-Watlass and we have charity stands and stalls SYD - Saving Yorkshire's Dogs Yorkshire Air Ambulance Friends of Snape and Thornton Watlass Primary School
We already have entries from Ripon Runners Races Bedale and Aiskew Runners Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers Hambleton Athletics & Running Club running club Selby Striders Running Club Harrogate Harriers and A.C. Vegan Runners

Our brand new event the WMD Newby Haul 5 &10k is a flat yet challenging course taking in all the sights of Newby Hall Estate. The mixed terrain course makes for interesting running and we cater for the all too often left out 5k runner too!

Well done ELECTRA! Electra has won our logo design competition, with her wonderful representation of Newby Hall & Gardens chosen by Lucinda Compton. All logos sent in had wonderful qualities which is why we found it so hard to choose. Well done students of Skelton Newby Hall primary school and many thanks to our judge Lucinda.
