Hi everyone,

We really don’t like having to say we are fully booked, so I thought I would show you all what we are currently doing.

Back in October, we were tasked by our friends at Oldham Council to create a recipe that could be given to children in the Oldham area to make at home. We had a few key guidelines to follow:

- Must be easy and fun for children to make ✅
- Must be a hot, healthy dish ✅
- Must meet a lot of dietary requirements ✅
(Suitable for halal, gluten-free, and a vegetarian option)
- Must be able to be kept at ambient temperature ✅

So here is what we came up with:

- Corned beef campfire stew
- 5-bean campfire stew

These two dishes are packed with vegetables and can be made in one pan.

We are currently putting together 2000 of these over the Christmas and New Year period. As you can see from the pictures below, this takes up a lot of room; our walk-in fridge is full every evening.

We are at our limits with what we have booked on top of these. I really don’t like saying we are fully booked, but we simply don’t have the time or space to do more.

If you are receiving one of these boxes, please take some pictures when you make the dishes and let us know if you enjoyed them. 😊

For all our regular family-size pie orderers who have not managed to get an order in before we became fully booked, keep your eyes on the page. In the New Year, we will put a special offer on in January.
