CREAMY COCONUT CURRY 🥥 🌱
We miss enjoying a creamy curry when having an Indian takeaway, so this is our nod to a beloved korma style creamy curry.
INGREDIENTS:
Oil
White onion
Cumin
Turmeric
Cayanne pepper
Coriander
Tomato purée
Coconut milk
Vegan chicken stock (veg stock will work also)
Golden syrup (sugar is great too, bonus points if you have coconut sugar!)
Salt to taste

We wanted to see what all the fuss was about at @beckhallmalham and it really did not disappoint. A stunning few days in the Yorkshire dales filled with hikes, rivers, amazing food/cocktails and scrabble by the fire- bonus point for all of the lovely doggies.
