Mai Matrimonial Services - we are extremely glad to present our next Singles dating event “Swayamvar (a self-choice)” on Sat 8th Feb 2025 from 12pm to 5pm at Delhi Live restaurant, 40 Victoria Road, Romford, RM1 2JH.
We specialise in Hindu and Sikh matchmaking and matrimonial services and therefore we are inviting Hindu and Sikh ladies and gentlemen of the ages 25 to 40 years to come and attend this event.
What is Swayamvar and what am I expecting there?
Swayamvar, meaning ‘self-choice,’ is a traditional matrimonial practice from ancient Indian society in which a bride selects her husband from a group of invited suitors, either through personal choice or a public contest among the invitees.
In the first part of the event, the ladies will have the opportunity to select the gentlemen they wish to meet and engage in conversation with. In the second part, all participants will be encouraged to freely interact and connect with any of the attendees.
This event includes a 3 course vegetarian meal, networking with other like-minded singletons and the opportunity to meet prospective partners in a relaxed, informal and friendly environment. You can attend alone, with friends or with family, as long as they are also single and looking for a partner.

1.40pm-3.00pm ~ Swayamvar session 1
3.00pm-3.30pm ~ Lunch served
3.30pm-4.30pm ~ Swayamvar session 2
4.30pm-5.00pm ~ Conclude Session
