Hailing from the beautiful South of Italy, I grew up in a family of chefs, with my mother, the incredibly talented chef Tina, who instilled in me the love and dedication for cooking from a very young age. Since I was a child, I spent my days in the kitche
n, observing my mother prepare incredible dishes and learning the secrets of traditional Italian recipes. The kitchen was always our gathering place, where we shared stories, laughter, and created precious memories. After spending 5 years working for a renowned restaurant chain in London, I realized that it was time to follow my heart and give Londoners the opportunity to experience authentic Italian cuisine. Taste and Italian Tradition was born with the goal of bringing the flavors and typical products of Italian homes directly to your kitchens. Here, you will find traditional Italian recipes, tips on how to prepare classic dishes, and, most importantly, a selection of the finest Italian products that you can find in London.
