Havering Council’s next Para Art session is happening this Easter holiday at Fairkytes Arts Centre (Billet Lane, Hornchurch, RM11 1AX). This session is specially for S.E.N.D. young people.

Animation Workshops @ MyPlace, Harold Hill

“Some very special workshops are happening at MyPlace this weekend Saturday 5 April and again on Saturday 12 April, with professional animator Liz Smith. A local creative, Liz has worked for the famous Cartoon Network and the Aardman company on TV and film animations, including The Pirates! and Shaun the Sheep.
Liz now brings her own special GoMotion animation workshops to Havering Changing’s Saturday Creative Hub at MyPlace in Harold Hill. These friendly sessions are the perfect introduction to the skills of stop-motion animation.

Sessions are 3.30 pm - 5 pm for 7 to 13-year-olds and 5.30 to 7 pm for 14 to 19-year-olds.

If you are over 19 and you would like to have a go at stop-motion animation, let us know.
