Growing Hope offers free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK.

We have places in the London Big Half, Vitality London 10,000, a family-friendly inflatable 2.5km obstacle course, and an indoor climbing challenge! Run the 13.1 mile course weaving through London from Tower Bridge to the iconic Cutty Sark in Greenwich!

Vitality London 10,000, 22nd September 2024
Take on the Vitality 10,000, starting on The Mall, you’ll run past some of London’s most famous landmarks, finishing up at Buckingham Palace.

Inflatable 2.5km, Newbury, 28th September 2024
Get your family or friends together to take on the challenge of bouncing through 2.5km of inflatable obstacle course! This is a family-friendly event for ages 5+.

Indoor Climbing Challenge, Southampton, 23rd November Golden Gecko Climbing Ltd
As a team, climb the equivalent height of the Three Peaks! Ages 12+.

Supporting the aid of Mind this weekend at Tumulus Woods Big Brunch!

Tumulus Woods are taking part in The Big Brunch. 19th October 11-4. Drop in or stay for the day. Location Newbridge Village, near Cadnam.
We ask you to bring a pic-nic, (plate, cup, knife/fork/spoon) A cup (as we will Provide hot drinks all day). The BBQ will be on for anyone who wants to use it, and your welcome to cook over the open fire. A donation (Mind suggest £10, we are happy to accept anything from a pound. There possibly will be a dude with a guitar, games, art activities and the most beautiful setting to relax in.
