Thought I’d introduce myself for anyone who doesn’t know me!
I’m Karen and I run Caption Catering.
I set up business just before lockdown 2020 , so things didn’t go quite as I had planned, however it was the best thing that could have happened and my Afternoon Tea boxes took off better than I could ever have hoped for & helped me develop my reputation.
Since then , I’ve been kept pretty busy with teas, cakes, cupcake bouquets, corporate lunches, canapés, weddings, funerals and parties.
It’s only me ( with the odd bit of help from my lovely mum, husband , kids , friends & fab uncle on the big party days). I’m entirely self taught & passionate about what I do.
I develop all my menus & dishes , bake it all fresh, make it look beautiful & add a sprinkle of glitter!( my favourite bit 😂)
I still work from my little home kitchen , which is fully registered and insured & has a 5⭐️ hygiene rating.
