Well what a week! I can’t believe 6 years ago I met for as many flower lessons and workshops as I could squeeze in between antique fairs, to this week, where Sarah gathered over 30 florists and growers for some down time and asked if I’d do a little bouquet demo. It might not sound all that to some but for me, it was my inspiration, my floral hero, asking me to show what I do because she was genuinely proud of me.
So with a little shake to the hands and probably my voice I made a sweet little bouquet in front of over 30 floral designers and growers. Ha! I met some amazing people, everyone was so kind! The food at was of course incredible as were the gardens of the fig house. Plus…I finally got some photos by the incredibly talented someone whose work I’ve admired since I’ve known Sarah.
I’ve almost finished this week with a gorgeous wedding and then there’s Mother’s Day . 2024 might be alright after all

The beautiful dining room at was so lovely to dress. We filled this table of 12 with 7 bowls and 10 budvases. It was such a treat to fill this space with my favourite spring florals! We had anemones, fritillaries, sweet peas, ranunculus, hellebores and butterfly ranunculus.
A huge thank you to Sarah for having me create arrangements for her workshops. They’re are great for the photographers and us suppliers, we get to flex our creativity and ideas and make things we adore. 🥰

Last March when the ranunculus were this good!
I love going back through my photos when I’m creating quotes to see what I was using in those months. I can’t help but get excited for loading buckets and buckets of flowers into the studio, getting them unwrapped and trimmed to have a good drink, then starting to arrange with them in the days after. 🌿 wedding season is my favourite time of year

Beyond happy that tomorrow is February! Last February I had this big brown pot and a whole load of spirea 🌿 my favourite spring blossom.
I do love a white and green colour scheme….especially if I can use hellebores and ranunculus.

Sweet centrepieces 🌿
I can not wait to get together the budvases, bowls and mini compotes in the studio, filled with water and get making mini gardens. They are something I make for every wedding but rarely get a spot on the grid and maybe it’s because I never have time to capture them myself…but luckily gets all the details!!! So here’s 10 photographs from a summer wedding at in one of my favourite weddings in 23’

January. I’m still in hibernation mode and tippy tapping on my laptop, responding to emails and creating quotes…which means I get to go back through the past seasons and see what was flowering, when for colour schemes and it’s just the little boost you need in this cold, quiet month.
Here’s some spring scenes from last year
