Thursday 5th September 2024
Procession Starts at 10.30am at Brickhouse Primary School, B65 8HS. Shay's carriage will be escorted from School via Brickhouse to Rowley Regis Crematorium.

Members of the community are welcome to join the procession but are asked to follow on behind the second hearse respectfully.

Shay's Funeral Service will be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium, B65 0AD at 11.30am. All are welcome to attend, a seating plan is in pace and there are external speakers and screens to hear and view the service.

Anyone wishing to attend are welcome to wear a splash of Pink and Black and Children from Brickhouse Primary School are requested to wear their School Uniform as Shay was very proud of hers!

No additional flowers please as some specially designed ones have been ordered, donations in memory of Shay are being accepted for BBC Children in Need and Mind. There will be a collection box at the crematorium should anyone wish to contribute or donations can be forwarded to F.P Gaunt & Sons Ltd.

As a local family we are appealing for the local community to gather and pay tribute to Shay Kang who was sadly taken from this world much too soon. It is up to us as a community to give Shay a Celebration of Life. Paul and Carla Newby have been given the honour of arranging Shays funeral along side The Gaunt Family, therefore we are appealing for the local community to continue their support in true community spirit and we hope to see as many people there as possible.
