In approximately six weeks, pending inspections and building checks, we expect to receive the keys to our 3000-square-foot unit. Before moving in, we plan to thoroughly clean the building to create a blank canvas for our desired setup. The first step will be installing CCTV and an alarm system for security measures.

Following that, we aim to carpet all rooms and decorate three offices and two large rooms. The larger room will be transformed into a venue with a mobile disco setup, LED dancefloor, decorated tables with chair covers, and table centrepieces. Additionally, LED letters and signage will enhance the ambience.

The other room will feature a photo booth, flowers, arches, flower walls, arcade machines, sweetcarts, and more for entertainment. The offices will serve as a consultation room and a space showcasing framed photos of different setups. This entire transformation will be completed by October or November of this year.

We already have a 1500 square feet unit but we have big plans to convert this 2800 square ft into a showroom master piece.
It will be painted, draped and made to look like a proper venue with tables and chairs set up with table centrepieces. Also dancefloors, decor, led letters, blossom trees will be on show. This is a long project and hoping to be ready for christmas
