In August 2012, the Royal Spa Centre & Town Hall had a change of management and we continue to work hard to implement many initiatives that place our customers firmly at the core of what we do. One, the Council Chamber is still used as such by Warwick District Council and the second, The Assembly Hall, is a 250 seat performance space used for a wide range of performances, hirings and events by local groups. The Town Hall is also one of the most iconic and historic buildings on The Parade. Easily recognisable due to its distinctive clock tower, it is a popular venue for community events, meetings and functions and is also the home of Royal Leamington Spa Town Council, The University of Warwick Learning Grid and Bromford Support.

He is the Wizard of Waffle, The Rambler Royale, The Noodlers’ Noodler, and he’s back live on stage to tour a tornado of tangents. What the show will be about is anybody’s guess, but that’s all part of the fun when you look inside his Cranium of Curiosities.

⭐Fairport Convention⭐

Fairport Convention have been entertaining music lovers for over half a century, having formed in 1967. During that time the band that launched British folk-rock has seen many changes, but one thing has remained the same - Fairport’s passion for performance.

This year’s Winter Tour will present a mix of long-established Fairport favourites and some surprises from albums old and new.🎵

Fairport Convention have won a BBC Lifetime Achievement Award and Radio 2 listeners voted their ground-breaking album Liege & Lief 'The Most Influential Folk Album of All Time'. Their story has been celebrated with television documentaries on BBC Four and Sky Arts.

The band features founding member Simon Nicol on guitar and vocals, Dave Pegg on bass guitar, Ric Sanders on violin, Chris Leslie on fiddle, mandolin and vocals. Rob has written ten hit Edinburgh Festival Fringe comedy/theatre/spoken-word shows on specific themes including the colour yellow in ‘The Yellow Show’, sleep in ‘The Sleep Show’ and hair in ‘The Hair Show’. The Eyes Open and Shut Show is a show about eyes when they are open and eyes when they are shut. With this show Rob wanted to explore what he could do to himself and others with language when eyes are open and shut. After writing ten shows on specific themes, he wanted to think about what makes him open his eyes and what makes him shut them. Book tickets on our website now!
