TENURE The offices are available on flexible leases, full terms to be agreed. SERVICES The property benefits from mains electricity, gas, drainage, and water. The tenant will be responsible for the payment of all services from the date of access. Electricity is individually metered to the office units and heating for the units is paid as a proportion of the total heating bill based on square footage occupied. These items are subject to VAT.
