WE'RE RECRUITING!!

We are currently recruiting for a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the Fairways Team at Runcorn Golf Club.

Set in the beautiful grounds of the Golf Club, Fairways Bistro has recently launched and is serving fantastic food throughout the week, we also offer our catering services for a variety of events from weddings, anniversaries, private dining through to life celebrations and corporate functions.

The successful candidates will work as part of the kitchen team and be responsible for preparing all food for the bistro and events, ensuring that the kitchen team can consistently deliver the highest standards of food service. Our chefs are responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high quality menus, working well in a team in a fast paced environment as well as ensuring all standards of health, safety & cleanliness in maintained.

Because of the high standards , the successful candidate will need to have relevant catering industry qualifications and experience to be considered for this role.

Additional Information:

Previous experience working in a similar position in fast paced pubs/bars/restaurants and dealing with high volume covers is desirable however, we are looking for that person who has a meticulous eye for detail and wants to learn, and most importantly, will enjoy working in a fun, team environment.

Proof of eligibility to work within the UK is required and applicants must live within easy travelling distance of Runcorn Golf Club.
