Carrot Cake recipe🍽 🍰

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots 🥕
1 cup sugar 🍭
1 teaspoon baking powder🔧
1 egg 🍳
butter 🍯 🧈( to grease pan)
1/2 cup vegetable oil 🥜
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
1 cup all-purpose flour 🥥
1 teaspoon baking soda 🔧
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 🎄
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 🥜
1/4 teaspoon salt 💧
1 cup milk 🥛

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine grated carrots, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth 🍽.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until just combined.
Stir in the flour until just combined. Then, stir in the milk until just incorporated. 🥛
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan 🍰.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean 🥮
Let cool before frosting.
