Good day all!

We are just finalising our 23/24 season wedding brochure. Having not reprinted since 19:20 due to Covid we have LOTS to share! 😊

If you, or anyone you know, has a local (ish) business offering something in the world of weddings and would like to come onboard then please put them in touch with me.

We keep suppliers local, of quality and in reasonably small numbers, not having more than 2 of any same supplier type.
We are full for caterers but pretty much have space for every other service/supplier.

If you advertise with us then you also get a listing on our website. (£100 for the year)
https://www.udimoreweddings.co.uk/suppliers

All couples get a copy of the brochure upon their first enquiry/viewing and feedback shows that all couples use at least one of our suppliers for their day if not more.

email me at [email protected] as
soon as you can.

I hope to hear from you!
Jen

Ailbhe & Ben used St Mary's Hall for their wedding reception a few, short weeks ago and we are most grateful that they have shared some of their wedding photos with us.

It really helps others who are contemplating holding their reception here to see what others have done. Thank you both and thank you to your wonderful photographer Wolf & Co. Photography . Many happy returns! 💕

Good news, we have a new cleaner(s) for St Mary's Community Hall which will be needed now that things are getting back to normal with loads of events and regular classes at the Hall over the next year.
We are still looking for a secretary to organise the small number of meetings that we have in a year, never more than 5 and they only last for an hour or so. Will need to take minutes and organise Agenda.
A good way to meet people in the Village and help with this great asset. If interested and would like more information please email [email protected] or call Frank on 07976 255431

I have had to turn a lot of people away for 2022 weddings as we are fully booked but due to a cancellation we now have an available date.
The weekend of April 30th.

Please email me if you’re interested.

The Hall is Now Fully Open for Classes and Small Events.
Anyone who is hoping to have a party in the next few months there are a few dates still available.

We are in need of a new Cleaner as our present one is moving away. It is mostly only a once a week clean when there are regular classes and may be additional hours on a weekend. Good rates of pay offered.
The Management team are also looking for a new secretary, this is not an arduous position as the committee only meet up to five times a year. It is setting agendas and writing short minutes and liaising with other members of the committee.

Anyone interested in either positions or looking to make a booking please email:- [email protected] or call Frank on 07976255431
