Thank you Nicci Jackson for sharing your top tips on victory rolls and red lips for The Goodwood Revival this year - Fliss Cowler looked so beautiful as a landgirl! Roll on September 💋

Great day at the Clavering Fete yesterday despite the challenging conditions!!!! Thank you to my amazing helpers, Fliss and Helen for helping to keep the stall from blowing away!!! The sun eventually came out and we had a busy and fun afternoon - lovely to see everyone enjoying the preloved clothes sale 😀 Well done to the organisers for a fabulous fete! X

🏍 Only 2 days to go until The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride 2024! Went to my first last year (as a spectator!) and highly recommend. THE DGR is not a race but a slow parade of classic and vintage style motorcycles raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and men's mental health. This year over 90,000 riders are registered worldwide 🙌

👋 Hello May! It's Eurovision time again! This year Malmö are hosting the contest and we will be celebrating the Gold Anniversary of ABBA and Waterloo too! It's fair to say that any Eurovision party on Sat 11th May will have a touch of ABBA about it!

🤩After their win in Brighton in 1974, ABBA became the 70s supergroup with the most flamboyant wardrobe. The creator of their costumes, Owe Sandström, a flamenco-dancing-zoologist-designer was clearly inspired by his love of flamenco pieces and animals! But why were they so outrageous? Thanks to Swedish tax law for costumes, ABBA's stage clothes were outlandishly-designed on purpose...as long as the outfits were too impractical for every day wear and couldn't be worn outside a performance, they were tax-deductible!

🤩 So what to wear for ABBA style? Can't go wrong in satin, sequins and stars with ruffles and flamenco sleeves, an Agnetha hat, pantaloons (!) flares and platforms...the more outrageous the better!

🎃 Did you know you can hire as little as a witches hat or a spooky mask or we can deck you out from head to foot! It is much better to hire than buy if you can and more fun too...there is ALOT to look at in my shop afterall !

🎃 "How much does it cost" is a frequently asked question. Single accessories can be a few pounds, a basic adults costume £20/25 to more elaborate costumes £35/45

Popped along to see friends in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride this morning. Amazing to see 242 riders gathered to ride to Ely, raising over £28,000 for men's health charities 👏👏👏 Fantastic event, bikes and clothes!!!!
