Delivery Charges Policy
Delivery charges start at $10 in Saint Albans, New York (0-5 miles, bridge or tunnel) and increase according to zip code and tolls. We deliver 7 days a week, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries are subject to an up-charge. Please call (571) WOW-CAKE with an address to receive a delivery quote. Order/Deposit Policy
All orders need to be placed at least 3 weeks in advance
minimum. A deposit of 50% is required to consider this an order and contract. The remaining balance will be due one weeks before the delivery date. Any changes to this order must be made at least one weeks prior to delivery. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of the treat’s. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. I do take some last min. rush orders, but a payment in full is required to secure your baked good needs. (the date will not be secure until the deposit is received)
If an order is placed after the 2 week minimum it is up to the baker's discretion and her schedule if she will or will not be able to take the last min order. Deposit for large orders Policy
Because I only take a limited amount of orders per week, I have to block off time on my schedule for large orders. A full payment is required to secure the date on my schedule, providing the date is available. Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation: Orders canceled a week prior to your event will receive a 50% refund on the total cost of your order. Cancellations made after the week deadline will receive NO refund. In the slight case that you must cancel, and it is after the week deadline and it is out of your control please immediately contact us and we will discuss your options. With a last min order NO REFUND will be issued if the order is cancelled. Also with large orders NO REFUND will be issued at anytime during the process.
