We were expecting to put tickets on sale for our March Supper Club this weekend to the general public.

However they SOLD OUT on presale from our Mailing list within 1 hour.

We are desperately looking for extra Venues and dates to keep up with demand. Please do get in touch if you know someone or can point us in the right direction to make this achievable.

Meanwhile we still have a small amount of Availability for Private functions throughout Spring.

After launching Artisan this year it has been a rollercoaster of emotions due to such uncertain times but we could not be happier with the response and success of our first year trading.

We are working on some new ventures and events for the new year and hope to see you all again soon and meet many new faces along the way!

As some of you guys know, we planned to release future tickets for our Supper Clubs this month however due to the uncertainty facing the hospitality industry we have decided to postpone any further releases.

Please do let me know if you would like to be added to our email list for pre release tickets....

Treacle Cured River Trout, St.Austell Mussels, Buttermilk, Wild sea fennel.

A look into our Fish Course from this months Supper Club.

Bang on in season St Austell Mussels were released for Harvest 4 weeks ago at there very height of flavour and size and a big shout out to the River Trout in the UK that is so often overlooked for Salmon but holds up so well to strong cures like this Treacle and grapefruit mix.

This dish was a special dish for Artisan guests this month.

After receiving some stunning chanterelles from we decided a dish needed to be added to the menu to showcase this unbelievable product.

All of our guests received a surprise course where we simply paired these excellent mushrooms with a Braised Rabbit and Date Terrine.

Artisan is produce focused and this really did hit the spot!

It was in fact River Trout curing in a Treacle cure for our Monday night supper club.

Happy World Pasta Day!

Pasta is something I have always enjoyed making. It takes me to a peaceful place somewhere amidst the mayhem of the kitchen.

Fish night is fast approaching this month and although sold out we thought we would share our scallop Ceviche recipe to get the taste buds tingling for all of our other customers!

INGREDIENTS
5g Sea Rock salt
15g caster sugar
10g white peppercorn
10g coriander seeds
2 oranges
1 lemon
1/4 bunch lemon balm
2 large Scallops

METHOD
1.Add all ingredients apart from scallops and herbs in a pot and bring to the boil.

2. Add lemon balm and leave to cool.

3. Slice fresh clean scallops thinly into 4 or so slices and place in the liquid for 1 minute.

Remove and serve immediately.

Here we serve it with fresh orange segments, sea purslane and radish.
