❗PLEASE SHARE❗ All our Emergency Departments (A&E), and particularly Glangwili and Withybush hospitals are under significant pressure today (Sunday, 31 December, New Year’s Eve).

Please read and share the advice below that could help you make decisions about the best health care for your urgent need.

If you are unwell and unsure what to do, you can visit the online symptom checker: https://111.wales.nhs.uk/SelfAssessments or call NHS 111 if you are unsure what help you need.

Only attend an Emergency Department if you have a life-threatening illness or serious injury, such as:
• Severe breathing difficulties
• Severe pain or bleeding
• Chest pain or a suspected stroke
• Serious trauma injuries (eg. from a car crash)

If you have a less serious injury then please visit one of our Minor Injury Units. They can treat adults and children over 12-months of age, with injuries such as:
• Minor wounds
• Minor burns or scalds
• Insect bites
• Minor limb, head, or face injuries
• Foreign bodies in the nose or ear

If you have a relative or loved one in hospital who is well enough to go home, but is waiting to be discharged with homecare and community health support, you may be able to help them to get home more quickly if you and your family are in a position to support them at home.

Queens Hall Narberth Christmas Market 2023

Bar will be open for mulled wine + Christmas tipples, plus a special Xmas menu from Block&Barrel - Narberth

We have local school choirs performing too plus rumour has it that Santa will be in attendance too (times tbc so keep an eye out!)

Come and Celebrate the Coronation week Sarting with us at New Hedges Village Hall Carboot and Craft Fayre . The Field will be open from this week 19th April, weather permitting. Either come and sell all the unused items we all have and turn it into much needed cash, or come to pick up a bargain.. Field pitches don’t need to be booked as we have enough outside space, but if you require an inside space then booking is essential , they will be allocated on first book, first have . Our cafe will still be there serving allyour favourites, including our homemade corn beef pie, and a selection of cakes, Quiche and many more ,come support your local traders . We are doing also a full breakfast menu and our homemade steak pie is back on the menu, either eat with us or takeaway, perfect food, perfect price , come give us a try. 😊 We are also there serving food till 4. If you are looking for something to do we have an array of very talented crafters who will be running classes or selling, for adults or children. Everyone welcome Anyone interested in a stall either for the morning market or the afternoon craft session please feel free in sending me a message 👍 Don’t forget Field Is Open.👍😊
