We are so proud that our very own Michael Hargreaves has been nominated as KP (kitchen porter) of the Year, 2024! He is the back bone of the kitchen team and works extremely hard every day and will happily assist with any other duties asked of him. He is superb at managing his workload and works extremely efficiently. He takes great pride in his work and his surroundings ensuring they are well maintained and clean. Nothing happens unless the kitchen is sparkling.

- Tomato and basil arancini⁠
- Smoked salmon blini⁠

For the starter:⁠
- Pea and mint velouté with Yorkshire fettle bon bons and cold-pressed rapeseed oil (v)⁠

Followed by a choice of two showstopping mains:⁠
- Potato-crusted fillet of turbot, elevated with a champagne and caviar butter sauce⁠
